PPE Training

Part 18 of the current Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Code states that;

"If the hazard assessment indicates the need for personal protective equipment, an employer must ensure that

  1. workers wear personal protective equipment that is correct for the hazard and protects workers,
  2. workers properly use and wear the personal protective equipment,
  3. the personal protective equipment is in a condition to perform the function for which it was designed, and
  4. workers are trained in the correct use, care, limitations and assigned maintenance of the personal protective equipment."

We supply professional expertise in these areas.  Whether it's deciding what PPE is necessary or training employees on the proper use and maintenance of the PPE, we can help.

We offer training with a variety of PPE including:

  • Eye protection
  • Flame Resistant Clothing
  • Personal Gas Monitors
  • Respiratory protection
  • Head / Face and Hand protection
